One oft-repeated guidance for beating back lack of hydration is to drink eight glasses of water a day. Indeed, that is a myth. A few of us need pretty much, and the amount you require changes everyday. Likewise, water isn’t your one and only alternative. You can stay hydrated from these foods, as well.
